The former WAG shared an Instagram photo and a video on Instagram Stories on Friday, documenting what she considers her personal ‘indulgence’.
The busy mum, 31, showed fans a glimpse of her bathroom and her scrub down ritual.

Phoebe wore a tan floral pyjama set as she spoke about the benefits of a product range, while stationed at the vintage style basin with silver taps.
She explained in the caption that she doesn’t feel she need a special occasion to enjoy some self care.

The fashion icon went on to reveal she likes to use the Almond Crunchy Muesli Body Scrub from L’Occitane en Provence when she pampers herself.
Phoebe wrote: ‘Find somewhere quiet. AWAY from your children. Lock the door… Run the bath, turn the shower on, jump in and scrub all over’.
