Liam Payne has knocked even more money off his sprawling southern California estate in a bid to finally offload the property, DailyMail.com can reveal.
The One Direction star listed the semi-remote, Spanish-style home for $10,750,000 – a $3.25million drop from the price he had originally listed it for.
Liam first listed the five bed home for $13,999,000 in January 2018, but after a lack of realistic bids the price was cut by a million dollars, with the exclusive address available for $12,999,000 from February 2019.
Then in October that year the Strip That Down singer dropped his asking price to $11.2million, making the property a bargain for anyone hoping to set up home in the rugged Monte Nito mountains, nestled between coastal Malibu and affluent Los Angeles suburb Calabasas.
Liam, 26, has since switched realtors and hired Beverly Hills real estate power broker Tomer Fridman of Compass Real Estate in a bid to shift the property quickly.

Fridman, who boasts a $1.2 billion property portfolio, also recently listed Khloé Kardashian’s luxury Calabasas estate for $18,950,000.
It’s understood the housing market in Malibu and Calabasas is red hot right now as restrictions around the COVID-19 pandemic begin to relax and that’s why Liam has jumped back into the market.
Fridman is also joined by Jonah Wilson on the listing, an agent with high end agency Hilton & Hyland who last year was voted in the top 25 realtors in LA by the Hollywood Reporter.

The listing was revealed on an episode of IGTV’s real estate show Real Talk.
The show is produced by West Hollywood based The Society Group, a luxury real estate PR firm representing the world’s top agents, new developments and brokerages.
Describing the property to The Society Group PR founder Alexander Ali, Fridman said: ‘You pull up, you actually cross your own little bridge to get to the property, it’s amazing. It’s Dark Canyon Cold Creek.
‘It’s a really beautiful acreage-centric property in between Calabasas and Malibu. It is a celebrity owned property, you have complete seclusion, but in about 12 minutes you’re in Nobu in Malibu.
‘It had been rented before, previous to us taking the listing, it went in the $100,000 range.
‘We’re seeing a huge proliferation of people wanting to come in a direction of seclusion, privacy and compounds.
‘This is gated, you cross your bridge to get to the house, obviously the house is a compound, it’s got the most beautiful rolling lawns. It has an upper deck area, you hike up a little hill and it has a meditation house, it’s so gorgeous, it’s so beautiful.’
Realtor Fridman, Chairman of Beverly Hills based The Fridman Group, added: ‘It’s got a vineyard at the back at the house, a pool, guest house, meditation pavilion, it’s so energizing and at the same time you’ve got this incredible peace and tranquility, the minute you drive on to the property you’re decompressed. It’s like a resort.

While Fridman wouldn’t confirm the house was owned by Liam, the show host Alexander Ali suggested it was Liam’s home.
Fridman said the owner was selling because they have moved away.
‘The owner actually relocated out of the country and obviously this is a substantial compound and this is a fantastic time to have it on the market,’ he said.
