In a video obtained by TMZ and posted by Tristan’s old teammate Jordan Clarkson, Khloe, 35, and Tristan, 29, are standing next to one another while singing and filming the birthday celebration.

Cleveland Cavaliers player Tristan also appears to have his arm around the reality star, with whom he shares daughter True, two.
Khloe, who looks glamorous with her hair in braids, looks happy as she films the celebration for Savas Oguz, with Tristan by her side.
TMZ reports the party was held at Tristan’s LA home but Khloe and Tristan are apparently not a couple again.
Sources tell the website Tristan sees Khloe and True every day, with the pair working on their friendship.

It was also claimed the pair still live separately and are friends and co-parents only.

Tristan’s friend Savas was the pal Khloe called on an explosive episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians in July 2019, where he denied anything had happened with Jordyn.
The reality star, who had drinking with pal Malika Haqq during her upsetting phone call, yelled: ‘Liar! Liar! Tristan, f**k you if you can hear me. They both admitted it to me. Both of them. Those fat f*****g a**holes.’
Tristan has been through quite a bit of drama lately, after being accused by Kimberly Alexander of fathering her five-year-old child.

Tristan did take a paternity test that came out as negative back in January, yet Alexander has continued to claim he is the father of her child.
Tristan has since filed a libel lawsuit against Alexander, with the legal documents stating his paternity test ‘definitively concluded that [he] is not the father,’ according to TMZ.
Alexander has also angered Khloe after insisting the lab Tristan was tested at falsified the results on account of its Kardashian connection.
Tristan and Khloe sent Alexander a cease and desist letter, which Alexander also posted to her social media account.
Khloe feels that the matter is between Tristan and Kimberly as it happened before she met Tristan, however, she got her lawyer involved in the matter because Kimberly made false claims about her after the test came back negative, TMZ reports.

Tristan is also father to son Prince, three, with ex girlfriend Jordan Craig.
The NBA star and Khloe split in February 2019 following two cheating scandals that rocked their almost three year relationship.
They have had fans speculating over their relationship status, with Tristan leaving flirty comments on Khloe’s Instagram and Khloe revealing she’s freezing embryos to have a second baby with Tristan being the sperm donor.
Tristan told Khloé on KUWTK in April he was ‘on board’ with being her future sperm donor and Khloe seemed to refuse rule out a reconciliation.
In a videochat from her home, Khloé informed her ex that she had just undergone egg retrieval and gotten 12 eggs, adding that her doctor was ‘confident about five’ being strong.
