The former glamour model, 42, donned white tracksuit bottoms and thick-soled trainers as she posed up a storm in front of a screen of bamboo.

Katie wore her lengthy jet black tresses poker straight with a pair of white bluetooth Beats resting around her neck.
The star uploaded the photos alongside a refreshing caption that read: ‘I’m feeling fresh, sporty and healthy.’

It comes after Katie was reportedly hoping to add to her brood of pets after spending the whole day meeting new puppies on Tuesday.
The mother-of-five is said to be keen to get a new dog, four months after her Alsatian Sparkle’s tragic death when she ran onto a busy road outside her previous home.
The star is said to be keen on a French bulldog to live alongside her other dog Blade.

Katie’s close friend Dreamboy Al Warrell shared snaps of himself cradling a puppy on his Instagram page after visiting a rescue centre with the star on Tuesday.
A source told The Sun Online: ‘She hasn’t thought up a name yet, but she’s head over heels in love with all the puppies she’s met.
‘She’s thinking very seriously about buying one for Princess for her birthday!’
Katie’s spokesman confirmed: ‘Katie is considering getting a puppy but hasn’t bought one just yet.Katie is still deeply upset over the loss of her beloved Sparkle, who was sadly run over earlier this year.

Katie was left devastated after her Alsatian dog Sparkle died after being hit by a car.
The former glamour model’s beloved dog was killed on the A24 after escaping from Katie’s house, which she has since moved out of and is on the market.
One of Katie’s horses was tragically killed on the same road in 2017 after escaping from a field.
The star, 41, suffered further tragedy in 2018 when her Alsatian Queenie was struck and killed by a delivery driver.

Back in July 2019, Katie invested in guard dog Blade to make her family feel safe again- one year after her last pooch was run over by a pizza delivery driver.
The TV personality shared footage on Instagram in which she was seen training the obedient pooch, who tailed the star around and followed her commands.
Gushing over her new pet, the mother-of-five also shared a close up snap of the pup on her story, writing, ‘Love my dog Blade @protectionworldwide.’
