Kyle Richards and husband Mauricio Umansky will settle for a little less as they seek to sell their bathroom Bel Air mansion.
Richards and Umansky, who presides over a real estate company called The Agency, have put back their 6,229 sq. ft., seven bedroom, seven-and-a-half Bel Air mansion on the market asking for $5.95 million, some three years after they tried to command nearly $7 million for the well-heeled homestead, Variety reported.
The home’s outside includes a white picket fence and specimen trees planted on lush lawn.

Kyle, 51, and Mauricio, 49, who share three children – Alexia, 23, Sophia, 20, and Portia, 12 have been quarantining at their Encino home amid the lockdown. (Kyle is also daughter to Farrah, 31, from her previous marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie, who is also in the real estate business out of his native Indonesia.)

They bought that property – which was once owned by musical icon Smokey Robinson – three years ago, at which time they tried in vain to the Bel Air home for around $7 million.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personalities also sought to rent the upscale abode out at a $50,000 monthly rate. In late 2018, the pair had reduced their price to buy the home to less than $6 million, and were renting it out monthly for $25,000.
The Bravo couple had family friend Faye Resnick design their current home in Encino, which they paid $8.25 million for at the time.
