Sold! NRL bad boy Todd Carney makes a tidy profit after offloading his one-bedroom investment apartment in Sans Souci for over $600K
NRL bad-boy Todd Carney has reportedly sold his one-bedroom investment apartment in Sans Souci, south of Sydney.
According to The Daily Telegraph, the 33-year-old sold the pad for $600,500, earning a profit of $165,500 after reportedly purchasing it for $435,000 back in 2012.
He is said to have offloaded the waterside apartment to another owner in the same building.

While little is known about Toddy’s apartment, the building does offer underground car-parking, outdoor terraces and sweeping views of Botany Bay and the central Sydney city.
Todd still owns an $880,000 apartment in Coogee and a $607,000 Waverley apartment.
The apartment sales comes as Todd appears to be settling into domestic life with his on-and-off girlfriend, Married At First Sight star Susie Bradley.

Last month, Susie, who is a registered nurse and owns an injectable cosmetics business, topped up the sportsman’s Botox at their home.
Susie was helped by her daughter Baby, five, who was seen touching the shirtless athlete’s forehead.
The blonde joked that her little girl was her ‘new assistant’.

On Todd’s face were a series of dots to pinpoint where Susie would be injecting the Botox.
Susie and Todd have had a tumultuous relationship ever since getting together back in January 2019.
The couple first separated in October last year after eight months of dating, but their breakup proved to be short-lived.
Since then, they have split and got back together several times. Their most recent reconciliation was in December last year.
