Michelle Bridges shares a rare childhood photo of herself aged seven

Michelle Bridges has shared a rarely-seen throwback photo of herself during childhood, aged seven. 

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, the former Biggest Loser trainer wrote: ‘The things you find when you are doing a major throw out…! I was 7 here.’

In the picture, the star wore her school uniform and had her brunette tresses in pigtails along with a fringe that framed her youthful face. 

A number of her fans appeared startled by how much she looked like her son, Axel, now aged four.

‘I see your cute little boy in you,’ one fan wrote. While another added: ‘Omg your baby boy is the spit of you here!’ 

Another wrote: ‘How very cute. I can see your little man in this photo too.’

Michelle is currently isolating at her home in the NSW Southern Highlands during the coronavirus pandemic. 

The former TV star recently revealed she was taking the opportunity to recharge in the picturesque location.   

The 49-year-old celebrity fitness trainer shared a photo of herself running along a tree-lined road on Wednesday, calling it ‘the perfect medicine’. 

‘Going for a run when you are being pulled in different directions both physically and mentally can be the perfect medicine,’ she wrote. 

‘It’s challenging not to get a bit overwhelmed with all we are contending with, a run will bring you back.’   

She added: ‘It’s a reset button. And a great way to be reminded about what’s really important.’

It’s been a difficult few months for Michelle, who was charged with drink driving in January after splitting with her her longtime partner, Steve ‘Commando’ Willis.
