You have to be brave to work on The Kyle and Jackie O Show, as staff members and their families are often pranked during ‘Only Lying’ segments.
And on Thursday, producer and guest booker Jaimee ‘Mayo’ Hassos fell for it again.
Jaimee, who had previously been tricked into thinking her wedding venue had been doubled booked, was led to believe she was banned from bringing her dog, Ollie, to the new apartment she and her husband had just bought.

She burst into tears when she was forced to choose between her dog and her home, only to explode when host Kyle Sandilands revealed they were ‘only lying’.
It all started when Jaimee’s colleagues arranged for a woman in her apartment block to call her pretending to be the strata manager, Daniella.
She informed Jaimee that she was banned from bringing Ollie.
As the conversation became more heated, the woman cruelly told Jaimee that she could give the dog to the RSCPA.

‘We do have connections to the RSPCA that we’re more than happy to provide you, to get rid of it and give it up for adoption?’ she said.
Jaimee fired up at this suggestion, asking: ‘Is that a joke? I’m just a bit upset about what this conversation has led to.’
Jaimee argued that ‘Daniella’ had previously told her it was okay for Ollie to live in the apartment, adding that by-laws stated she could have a dog in her home.

At one point, ‘Daniella’ asked why Jaimee hadn’t just purchase a house instead of an apartment so she could keep Ollie.
Breaking down in tears, the radio staffer pleaded: ‘Is there any way I can fight it or something, cause he’s my dog?
‘Like I said he’s really special to me, are you sure there’s nothing I can do? I don’t know what else to say.’
At that moment, Kyle jumped in to reveal it was just a prank and Jaimee blurted out: ‘OMG! F**king bulls**t!’

The bride-to-be’s reaction to the devastating phone call was captured via a hidden camera in the KIIS FM office, adjacent to Kyle and Jackie O’s studio.
