Ben Affleck checks out new property with girlfriend Ana de Armas

They have been inseparable since going into lockdown together at the start of the pandemic.  

But Ben Affleck, 47, and Ana de Armas, 32, may be taking their relationship to the next level.

The couple were seen checking out a property together in Venice, California on Wednesday. 

While it’s not entirely clear if the couple for looking for a home for themselves, the pair’s relationship has been moving rather quickly these last few months. 

Ana and Ben were seen at the site of an unfinished property in the oceanside community, wearing their trusty face masks as they toured the home. 

The actress was seen checking out the view from the balcony, while her quarantine partner was spotted at ground level.  

An artist’s rendering of the exterior gives a glimpse of what the modern, sleek and chic home will look like once construction is complete.  

The next day, the couple were back to their usual coffee routine. 

The Argo actor carried a cart for their iced coffees as Ana held onto her fluffy white dog Elvis. 

In addition to the beverages, Ben had a backpack slung over his shoulder.

Ana looked stylish as usual in leather skinnies, a plain white T-shirt, and hot pink Louis Vuitton purse over her shoulder. 

Ben and Ana began dating after working on the erotic thriller Deep Water last year, and went into self-isolation together at the start of the pandemic.  

That was just a little over two months ago, but things have gotten pretty serious since then, with Ben introducing Ana to his three children.

Ana was recently seen going on a walk with Ben and his children Violet, 14, Seraphina, 11, and Samuel, eight, whom he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.  

‘They are enjoying their time together,’ a friend of Ben recently told People. ‘He makes her laugh and she’s a great influence. They safely visit with his family and he works to make sure he is healthy and present for his family.’

A source previously told People Ben wanted his children to meet Ana, whom he was ‘serious’ about.

‘He wants the kids to spend time with her so they can get to know her,’ the insider explained.
