They tied the knot back in March, but the newlywed buzz still hasn’t worn off for Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell. 

On Tuesday, Chandler, 23, shared a sweet selfie with his wildlife warrior wife, 21, and one of the many ‘residents’ at Australia Zoo. 

He captioned the post: ‘How we spend koala-ty time together as husband and wife.’

The American added:  ‘Love the friendly Australia Zoo residents coming over to say, G’day”! We have the best wildlife family in the world.’

They couple, who both dressed in their personalised khaki uniforms, were seen smiling happily in the koala enclosure. 

Meanwhile, Bindi shared a heartfelt positive affirmation from a famed writer as she posed for a selfie with Chandler and her 16-year-old brother Robert.

‘Keep your face to the sun and you will never see the shadows,’ Bindi wrote, quoting Helen Keller. 

On Monday, Bindi proved once again that she’s inherited her late father Steve Irwin’s special skills when it comes to handling animals.

The conservationist shared an adorable video while gently patting a kangaroo to Instagram.

Bindi beamed as she admired the animal, and gently scratched it while speaking to the kangaroo.

‘One of the most peaceful, perfect moments, she said. 

‘There are no words to describe the happiness in my heart when I spend time with our beautiful kangaroos.’
