Demi Lovato’s boyfriend Max Ehrich wished for her for Christmas in sweet throwback tweet from 2011 

Demi Lovato has been getting serious with new boyfriend Max Ehrich, with whom she’s currently in quarantine.

But it appears that the new relationship was a long time coming, as he had a crush on her nearly a decade ago. 

She took to her Instagram story Thursday with a sweet throwback tweet from 2011 of Ehrich wishing for his now girlfriend: ‘All I wanted for Christmas was Demi Lovato. #cantalwaysgetwhatyouwant….’

The 27-year-old captioned the screenshot: ‘@maxehrich every Christmas? We love a little manifestation.’      

Earlier in the day, she posted some romantic mirror selfies of herself sharing a kiss with Ehrich, 28.  

They also posed with her dogs Batman and Cinderella in one adorable photo from their impromptu shoot.

Lovato went into lockdown with the Young And Restless actor about a month after their relationship went public. 

Last month, Sam Smith told Andy Cohen on SiriusXM Radio that she ‘seems happy at the moment’ with Ehrich.

Lovato’s last serious relationship was with actor Wilmer Valderrama, whom she dated from 2010 to 2016.

The That ’70s Show star got engaged to model Amanda Pacheco in January, popping the question on New Year’s Day.

A source told Us Weekly: ‘She is still in touch with Wilmer but obviously not in a romantic relationship way.

‘There is still love there for sure, but Demi fully supports him and his engagement to Amanda. She just wants what’s best for him and for the both of them to be happy.’
