She’s changed! Former Married At First Sight star Ning Surasiang, 34, looks completely different as she flaunts her toned abs while dancing in her living room in a bikini top

Ning Surasiang has completely transformed herself since her appearance on Married At First Sight last year.

The 34-year-old hairdresser looked like a whole new woman when she shared a TikTok video of herself dancing on Instagram on Thursday.

Wearing just a bikini top and a pair of grey tracksuit pants, which she wore rolled down at the waistband, Ning danced seductively in her living room in Townsville.

‘Awww duet time,’ she captioned the video, adding a blowing kiss emoji, as she danced alongside a friend on a split screen.

Ning’s long, highlighted hair hung loosely in waves around her shoulders, and she flaunted her toned stomach as she swivelled her hips.

The former reality star has undergone quite the transformation from when she appeared on last year’s season of MAFS.

Ning, who was paired with Mark Scrivens on the hit Channel Nine reality show, appeared on the series with shoulder-length hair and often opted for heavy makeup.

In an interview with Hit90.9 Sea FM’s Heather, Dan & Ben breakfast show in April last year, Ning said she wouldn’t encourage others to sign on for MAFS.

‘I would just say run… don’t do it!’ she urged listeners considering appearing on the show.

‘Why do it? Come to my place instead and I’ll cook you a nice dinner and have a nice glass of wine.’

Surprisingly, Ning admitted she ‘enjoyed’ reading negative comments about herself posted on social media.

‘I like all the comments, I actually enjoy it! I know that sounds really bad but you’ve got a lot of positives, a lot of negatives, a lot of things that you need to work on as a person,’ she confessed.
