Frankie Bridge treats her sons to a day off lessons as she makes the most of the sunshine

‘F**k homeschooling!’ Frankie Bridge treats her sons to a day off lessons as she makes the most of the sunshine with husband Wayne

She’s admitted to taking a more laidback approach to homeschooling.

And Frankie Bridge gave up with lessons entirely on Wednesday, as she treated her sons to a day playing in the garden.

Taking to Instagram, the 31-year-old singer showed off the family’s set up for the day, with husband Wayne, 39, and their two boys larking about on a slip n slide.

Fun in the sun! Frankie Bridge gave up with homeschooling entirely on Wednesday, as she treated her sons Parker, six, and Carter, four, to a day playing in the garden

A sweet video showed sons Parker, six, and Carter, four, taking turns to play in the water whilst Wayne watched on.

Frankie quipped: ‘This is what homeschooling at the Bridges looks like today f**k it!’

Alongside a picture of herself sunbathing in the garden, she added: ‘Swipe to see teach of the year’.

Frankie previously spoke about the pressures of homeschooling on Laura Whitmore’s Castaway podcast.

She said: ‘We did do a week of it and my youngest I’m like, I can’t figure out if he just doesn’t know this stuff or if he just does not care.

‘It’s so hard to do it with him! He just guesses everything and looks at me as if to say what are we doing, what’s the point of this!

‘So I’ve taken quite a laid back approach, we did two subjects in the morning and then that was it and we got everything done, but there’s people with these schedules I don’t know how they drag it out all day!’

Discussing lockdown, she added: ‘Yeah, it’s weird! At first I was like well this is nice, you know it’s a really horrible situation but I’m going to take the positives from it, it’s really nice to all be together all four of us at home and it was sunny so it was nice.

‘The kids were out in the garden and at first I was quite enjoying it, and I’ve kind of had my first wobble now where I’m like okay this is going to be quite a long time.

‘The boys are asking quite a lot of questions about can we go to certain places, can they see their friends and it’s just that realisation that this is kind of our new normal and we don’t know for how long really and I think that’s what’s making it harder.’
