Alongside a video of the beauty being sung to by her husband and son, Martine shared: ‘May 14th: I’ve been having the loveliest birthday all things considered! We made our own little lockdown birthday party!
‘Thanks Jack & Rafferty for making me smile and spoiling me rotten. I love you! Thank to all my friends & family for your amazing messages.
‘I love & miss you all. Ps I think jack started singing this a little bit too high! No going back! It’s out there now!’

The EastEnders star took to Instagram where she posted the run of photos, which had been taken in a photobooth on their first date 13 years ago.
The two photographs show the star and her now-husband smiling sweetly before pulling ‘shocked faces’ for the camera.

In 2011, after four years of dating, Jack proposed and the couple tied the knot in Lake Como in September 2012.
Martine went on to give birth to their only child, a son named Rafferty in February 2015.

In December 2016, during an appearance on Loose Women, Martine admitted her friends had helped ‘save’ her marriage to Jack.
She said: ‘I think actually my friends have saved my relationship a couple of times! There have been times without a doubt – I’ve been with Jack ten years now and of course we’ve had or ups and downs – a tough eight years out of ten bless him.
‘But through the trials and tribulations, I think my friends – when I feel I can’t get through to him – have made me see sense.
What a dude! Martine went on to give birth to their only child, a son named Rafferty, now 5, in February 2015.
