As she began, she told viewers that she would ‘just let them fight in the background and get on with the recipe,’ as she boasted about no using any butter or refined sugar in her bread.

In a move that no doubt all mothers can relate to, Bec kept telling her kids to shush.

‘Quiet time, shush,’ Bec told her sons at one point.

BEC’S BANANA BREAD RECIPE

– INGREDIENTS: Melted coconut oil, half a cup of honey, three overripe bananas, two eggs, a grated carrot and zucchini, one cup of milk, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, self-raising wholemeal flour

– Blend all ingredients into a bowl and leave bananas and vegetables chunky

– Set oven to around 160 degrees

– Pour mixture into a paper-lined baking dish and pop into the oven

At another point, her boys pretended to play sword fights with their spoons and mixers, as Bec and daughter Billie, six, carried on with the recipe.

‘Guys, we’re not fighting remember?!’ Bec said, before joking: ‘Organised chaos right!’

The clip was shared on the AIA Vitality Instagram page, with some fans commenting underneath how relatable it is.

‘Loved it! That’s my house every day too! Boys!’ one fan commented.

Another added: ‘Twins looks SO easy!! Great reality video with the kids and thanks for the great recipe.’
