The 34-year-old Australian model was spotted having a heated conversation in the middle of the street with her beau as they unloaded their belongings.
According to onlookers, the couple of just over a year were moving into their new home in the Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles when things turned tense.

After yelling at each other in the middle of the street, they then climbed into separate vehicles, where they continued their argument.
Pulling up alongside each other, Jess and James proceeded to shout at each other through their open car windows for another five minutes, before driving away.
The supermodel was dressed comfortably for the move wearing a baggy T-shirt and a pair of tight pink leggings.
