Kristin Cavallari wishes her ‘sensitive’ son Jax a happy 6th birthday

Kristin Cavallari has not posted on her personal Instagram account since she announced her split from husband Jay Cutler on April 26.

But the 33-year-old Hills vet broke her silence on Thursday to wish her son Jax a happy sixth birthday.

‘Happy 6th birthday my little man. Jaxy, you have such a sweet, sensitive side yet have the ability to make everyone laugh with your incredible sense of humor and wit,’ began the mother who has two other children, Camden, aged seven, and Saylor, aged four.

The blonde beauty added, ‘You light up a room and make this world a better place.

‘I’m so thankful to be your momma. Love you forever angel,’ she finished.

In the accompanying photo the reality TV star is seen in a grey romper with bare legs as she warmly hugs her child. She appears to have no makeup on and her hair in unbrushed as she has on prescription glasses.

They are on a lush lawn by a swimming pool at what appears to be their Nashville home.

Kristin is currently looking for another house to call home now that she has split from Jay. 

Her last post from April announced her split from the former football star.

‘With great sadness, after 10 years together we have come to a loving conclusion to get a divorce,’ the note began as they were seen arm in arm with their backs turned.

‘We have nothing but love and respect for one another and are deeply grateful for the years shared, memories made, and the children we are so proud of. This is just the situation of two people growing apart. We ask everyone to respect our privacy as we navigate this difficult time within our family.’

On Wednesday Page Six claimed that their marriage fell apart because she was ‘polished and put together’ and Jay was ‘lazy, unmotivated.’

Cavallari was reportedly  upset that Cutler, who played for the Denver Broncos, Chicago Bears and Miami Dolphins over 12 years in the league, did not have a burgeoning broadcasting career after leaving the gridiron.

Cavallari ‘was growing increasingly impatient with’ Cutler’s tendency to relax on their Tennessee farm with the kids and their animals, as she had envisioned he would have a seamless transition from the field to the broadcast booth

While he initially inked on to be a Fox Sports color commentator after he was cut by the Chicago Bears in March of 2017, he never made it to the booth, as he joined the Miami Dolphins in August of that year after they lost then-quarterback Ryan Tannehill to injury for the season.

‘She was growing increasingly impatient with him,’ a source said. ‘He was supposed to take this big job at Fox Sports and have a life after football that would get him up off the couch and do something. Instead, he backed out – this is years ago – and joined the Dolphins.

‘That didn’t pan out well, and he was left with no TV gig until she got the show [Very Cavallari] for them’ in 2018. 

Sources earlier this week told E! that another issue between the former couple was that Cutler ‘wasn’t as supportive of her career as she would have liked,’ and that ‘the issues were ongoing for a long time’ and ‘things weren’t improving,’ despite that ‘they both wanted the marriage to work.’ 

In her Instagram post announcing the news, the Laguna Beach beauty said the split would be a cordial one: ‘We have nothing but love and respect for one another and are deeply grateful for the years shared, memories made, and the children we are so proud of.’
