Ariana Grande and her mom Joan have been granted a restraining order against a male fan who showed up at the door of her LA home in March.

There was already a temporary restraining order in place but on Tuesday, a judge ordered Fidel Henriquez to stay away from the singer and her mother for the next five years.

TMZ reported that Henriquez is not allowed within 100 yards of the home or any of their vehicles and may not have any communication with either Ariana or Joan via letters, phone calls, texts or social media.

Henriquez had shown up at the residence on a Saturday afternoon after managing to bypass security.

He knocked on the front door and when it was opened by one of the star’s property managers, he asked to see her, TMZ reported at the time.

Police were called and the obsessed fan was found to have a love note to Ariana including directions to her home.

He was subsequently booked for misdemeanor trespassing and felony battery after he allegedly spat on one of the police officers arresting him.

The March 14 incident came just two weeks after Ariana was the victim of a hoax 911 call at her Los Angeles home.

Emergency services were alerted following a report of a shooting on the pop superstar’s property, according to TMZ.

Police officers were sent to investigate the report, where they quickly ascertained that nothing was wrong.

It’s understood the singer had been swatted, a term referring to the harassing tactic of deceiving emergency services into sending a response team to another person’s address.
