Married At First Sight: Stacey Hampton in bitter Instagram war with KC Osborne and Michael Goonan

A plastic children’s toy has sparked a war among the Married At First Sight cast.

Stacey Hampton hit out at ex-‘husband’ Michael Goonan and girlfriend KC Osborne on Monday after the pair shared a TikTok video playing with her son’s Nerf gun.

The 26-year-old said she left the toy at Michael’s house after their split in January, and then claimed that KC is copying her fashion and preferred choice of hotels.

In an Instagram Story outburst, which has now been deleted, Stacey explained that she was unhappy that they had her son’s Nerf gun, and she wanted it back.

She then claimed that KC had copied her thigh-high Stuart Weitzman boots, and decision to visit Crown Towers Melbourne, where she frequently stays.

Frustrated by Stacey’s claims, KC responded with her own Instagram Story rant, saying she did not know who the toy belonged to, and denying copying her.

'Over explaining myself': KC responded by saying she believed the toy belonged to Michael's son, and recently visited Crown Towers Melbourne for work - not because Stacey stays there

‘I’m really, really over explaining myself but again, here I am. Firstly, apologies that it was her son’s Nerf gun that we used in the video,’ began KC, who believed that the toy actually belonged to Michael’s two-year-old son, Connor.

The brunette then denied copying Stacey’s designer boots, explaining that she’d owned her pair for two years, sharing a photo in them from 2018 as proof.

KC added that she recently visited Crown Towers Melbourne for work, despite this being where Stacey stays during her fortnightly business trips to Victoria.

‘Stop thinking everything is about you, because it’s not. I wished you well, I’ve never come out and said anything nasty about you. If you could just leave me alone, that’d be really good,’ concluded KC in her Instagram Story response.

KC also shared a screenshot of Stacey allegedly comparing her picture in the boots to ‘looking at an escort page’ in a private message to somebody.

‘Mean girl much? Calling her out for the mean girl she is! Who puts women down like this?’ wrote KC, adding the hashtag ‘mean girl Stacey Hampton’.

Stacey responded with a post to her own Instagram Story, writing: ‘Do not claim to be the bigger person then use a hashtag to put somebody down. I’ve tried to contact her yet she uses social media to call me out. Contact me please.’

Michael later shared his side of the story, with background detail on the Nerf gun.

‘I’m getting a lot of messages here to return a Nerf gun to Stacey. To set the record straight, I purchased that Nerf gun in a pack of five,’ he claimed.

‘I will return the Nerf gun – except I refuse to pay postage. I ain’t sending it express.’

Michael, who has a son, Connor, from a previous relationship, met Stacey’s two young boys, Kosta and Kurz, before their relationship ended in January.

At one stage, Stacey was planning on moving in with Michael with her children.
