Geoff backed her into corner with a knife causing Yasmeen to pick up a wine bottle and smash it against his head before stabbing him in the neck.
Coronation Street viewers know Yasmeen has been suffering at the hands of her husband for months but worry Geoff’s manipulation of situations will leave police and her friends turning against her.
In upcoming scenes, police will quiz Weatherfield residents about Geoff and Yasmeen’s marriage and it’s not looking good for the Speed Daal chef.
Will Yasmeen be able to prove her innocence or will her friends seal her fate when she needs them most?
