Joe Wicks’ PE With Joe videos are being routinely crashed by his picture-perfect kids, and we’re here for it… and today there was another super-cute classic moment on Fancy Dress Friday.
In it, Joe is dressed as a knight, with one-year-old daughter Indie dressed in a dragon onesie, with the Body Coach star combining lunges, kicks and squats with ‘slaying’ his sweet nemesis.
Inspired. And beyond adorable.
Before pretending to slay Indie, Joe – who recently broke a bone in his hand after falling off a bike – explained away his injury by saying: ‘I actually got attacked by a dragon.
‘I got bitten on the hand, so I can’t really use this arm very well today. It’s swollen.’
Luckily you only need one arm to hold a sword! Although, you need more than one to hold a baby and a sword!
‘But if that dragon comes back, I’m going to be prepared,’ he told hundreds of thousands of young viewers across the country, adding: ‘I’m going to be ready! If you do see a dragon, let me know!’
A few minutes later, Indie the dragon appeared… and honestly, she plays the part beautifully. We have a future actress on our hands.
However, she’s definitely more cute dragon than terrifying dragon, but we’re OK with that.
Catch the must-see moment just after the three-minute mark.
He later shared a cute snap of himself with Indie and baby son Marley, who was also rocking a dragon look for the morning. Bless.
Indie and Marley – who was born in December – are Joe’s kids with wife Rosie, whom he married last July.
It’s not the first time Joe has dressed as a character to keep the nation’s kids entertained.
In another recent video, Joe dressed as Superman while Indie was dressed as a ballerina, and he’s also had an outing as Spider-Man.
Today’s edition marks six weeks of the staggeringly successful series.
Marking the occasion on Instagram today, Joe wrote: ‘Thank you for another fantastic week of #pewithjoe 6 weeks and still going strong.
‘We have now had over 50 million streams over 25 workouts.’
Today’s clip follows last month’s news that Joe has so far raised £91,000 [$114,000] for the NHS with his video series.
More: Joe Wicks
He must surely be close to, or over the £100k mark by now. A truly impressive achievement.
PE With Joe continues weekdays 9am on YouTube.
