The executive producer and creator continued: “And the difference between Pose and Hollywood, of course, is that with Hollywood we actually are saying, what are the many interventions that we could have made that could have possibly taken us onto a different road?”
Season two could continue its exploration of Hollywood as a group of people try to break into the notoriously brutal industry.
If Hollywood follows suit with Murphy’s previous projects, the show could become an anthology series with a follow-up series in a different decade analysing Dreamland.
Actress LuPone told The Daily Beast she’d love to feature in another outing of Hollywood, possibly set in the 1960s.
She said: “You bet. ‘Please Ryan, bring me back.’ Oh yeah. I’m already imagining the go-go boots and mini-skirts.”
