JAY Cutler is “terrified” of Kristin Cavallari as the former couple still live together – which has caused a “very tense” home environment.
The Hills alum, 33, “fights back” with the ex NFL star as they remain under the same roof with their three kids amid their bitter divorce, The Sun can exclusively confirm.

A friend of the famous pair revealed: “Jay may be a big dude who played in the NFL. But he is terrified of Kristin sometimes.
“And when she tells him to jump, he says how high.”
The source continued: “But it has been weird the past few weeks as Kristin spends three days with the kids in the house and then Jay spends three days with them.”
However, the insider said Kristin and Jay are now back under the same roof with their children.
According to the friend, the arrangement has “created a very tense situation.”

The close quarters could provide a glimmer of hope that their problems will get resolved before their “nasty” split get worse.
“So if they are back under the same roof and she can talk to him, things may work themselves out before this divorce gets even nastier.
“And things could get really nasty if they start pointing fingers,” the source added.
Reps for Kristin and Jay did not respond to requests for comment from The Sun.
Their living arrangement might not last for long though, as the reality star could move to New York City in the near future for work.

The Sun exclusively obtained a business license for her jewelry company Uncommon James in the Big Apple.
In the New York license obtained by The Sun, the Very Cavallari star registered the business on August 7, 2019.
According to the mom of three’s trademark description for Uncommon James, it appears she plans to expand beyond jewelry to also include baby clothes, purses and luggage.
However, her move to New York may not be the only city the Laguna Beach native has her sights set on, as The Sun exclusively reported she may move back to Los Angeles.

A source previously told The Sun: “Kristin has really tried to make the most of it in Nashville and built a successful business, but it’s just not her scene at all.
“After Laguna Beach and The Hills, she wanted to go away and reinvent herself, focus on being a wife and mom, but now she’s ready for something more fast-paced again.”
The insider continued: “Jay loves Nashville and it’s something they’ve often clashed over, it will undoubtedly cause real problems when it comes to custody arrangements if she does decide to take the kids with her.”

Kristin and Jay married in 2013 after three years of dating and share three children together – sons Camden, 7, Jaxon, 5, and daughter Saylor, 4.
The couple revealed their shocking split on Sunday with both Kristin and Jay making the announcement on Instagram.
The Very Cavallari star posted a photo of the duo walking away from the camera with their arms around each other.
“With great sadness, after 10 years together we have come to a loving conclusion to get a divorce,” she wrote in the caption.
