TERESA Giudice’s husband Joe’s deportation appeal has been denied.
The Sun can confirm a federal judge has denied his appeal today.

Court papers read: “On consideration whereof, it is now hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED by this Court that the petition for review of the decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals entered on April 11, 2019, is DENIED.”
Joe must remain in his native Italy, while his estranged wife Teresa and their four daughters live in America.
The RHONJ husband was transferred to ICE detention center after serving a 41-month sentence for fraud in March 2018.
He was released from ICE that October and is currently living in his native Italy.
