“From Marty’s project of turning Maya, it makes sense to have chaos happening, Ben disappearing, rift and changing alliances from Ruth, and the extreme emotional reaction that Wendy is going through.
“This makes it easier for Marty to get Maya to play along longer as he slowly turns her.”
