Taylor Swift threw it back to her 22 music video in a cute lockdown selfie.

The You Need To Calm Down singer uploaded a fresh-faced snap to her Instagram and referenced a quote on the t-shirt she wore in her 22 music video.

It read: ‘Not a lot going on at the moment.’

22 was one of the singles off her album Red and we’re all loving her remembering a darn t-shirt eight years later.

Many fans thought Taylor was making an announcement on 8 May, reading into the post date and time.

The snap was posted at exactly 5:08pm and according to fans, the five and eight are references to the ’58 years later’ note from a wedding scene in the music video for The Man.

One fan noticed the time and wrote: ‘Posted at 5:08PM, hmm….’

‘WHAT. IS. GOING. TO HAPPEN. ON. MAY 8?????’ another said, unable to contain their excitement.

One fan just enjoyed the theory: ‘All these theories about Taylor Swift releasing Cruel Summer MV on May 8…😱😍’

If it really was a super subtle announcement, then we’re going to have to sit and wait the same way her cat does.

She shared a photo of her adorable kitty, Captain Olivia Benson, sitting like a baffled human being on the sofa.

With her tail quite literally between her legs, she looks like she’s utterly done with the lockdown and, honestly, we feel seen.

‘Captain Olivia Benson off duty like-,’ Taylor captioned the adorable photo.

She’s off duty and ready for 8 May to see what on earth is going on.
