Kyle warned fans: “Here it is, let the judging begin.”

She pointed out the soda cans saying: “I have to have them sometimes — you gotta have them!”

There’s also some other sweet tooth splurges like store-bought frosting and canned whipped cream.

Otherwise her groceries are mostly healthy she shared: “We have to have organic milk… We have to have almond milk, cashew milk.

“I don’t know, next is oat milk? That’s all the rage now. We haven’t gotten that yet, though.”

“Everyone who’s dieting and wants to look young forever drinks this bone broth.”

Kyle keeps her fridge stocked with lots of vegetables, but especially artichokes.

She said: “We always have artichokes. My whole family is obsessed with artichokes — I don’t even know how many [we eat them in] a week — three to four times a week?

“I just read this health book that says they’re really amazing for you, so I’m glad we eat them a lot.

“I try to keep my family really healthy other than sodas and a couple of things in there — so don’t judge, OK?”
