MIC’s Louise Thompson flaunts her ‘ripped’ figure in sporty underwear

She announced she has reached ‘peak physical fitness’ last week after cruel trolls spurred her on to develop her ‘ripped’ physique.

And Louise Thompson displayed her toned figure as she posed for a series of sporty underwear shots while relaxing in her London home on Sunday.

The Made In Chelsea star, 30, drew attention to her defined midriff in a navy blue bandeau crop top and matching knickers as she snapped a selfie in her bathroom mirror.

While her fiancé Ryan Libbey made a start on their meaty barbecue lunch, Louise changed into a white strapless bikini to work on her tan in the garden.

The reality TV beauty looked sensational with her long balayage locks braided into a fishtail plait.

The couple relaxed outside on the patio of their London home which is conveniently next door to Louise’s brother Sam, 27.

They enjoyed their burgers and lamb leg before going back inside and working out in fancy dress ensembles.

Louise opted for silver leggings and a tiny black crop top while her fiancé wore a bright green tracksuit to train her.

The reality star then addressed the camera post workout and gave details on where they can shop her sports bra.

Last week, Louise told how she was labelled ‘troll’ and ‘dwarf’ for her 5ft frame which has now been transformed due to a lifestyle overhaul overseen by her fitness trainer boyfriend, Ryan.

Louise told MailOnline: ‘I took on board every negative comment that I would ever read on Twitter, people would send me abuse when I was on Made in Chelsea, people said I looked like a troll or a dwarf, it was really, really bad.

‘I am training more now than I ever have done before. I am training five times a week. I will tell you, I am so fit. I am so ripped. I’m getting stronger. I am getting leaner.

‘I am pretty much at peak physical fitness. I look very muscly and strong. I want every step to feel easy because that’s how fit I am. But the one thing I would love to do, I would like to see if I could get a bigger bum.’

Louise ruled out a permanent return to Made in Chelsea after admitting filming for the current series left her ‘deflated’.

The reality star starred in scenes with brother Sam and his ex-girlfriend Tiffany Watson, 26, for the E4 show but said she quickly realised it wasn’t for her and the cameo ‘didn’t feel right.’

In an exclusive interview with MailOnline, Louise, who quit Made in Chelsea in 2019 after eight years, said: ‘I love reality TV but with Made in Chelsea when I’m not in it I imagine it’s this big thing but when I want back I actually felt deflated afterwards.’

She continued: ‘I left because Sam and Ryan and I decided it just didn’t suit us anymore and Sam went through a really rough time and we wanted a bit of a break.

‘Then since leaving I have learnt a lot and have really enjoyed not being on the show. This series I did three setups and I don’t actually know how I feel about it… It didn’t feel right.

‘It’s hard to do something half-hearted and sort of dip your toe in; it’s not really for me. If I’m going to do something I’m going to do it properly and being on the side lines, I’m going to be honest it doesn’t make me feel very good.

‘It’s a great show but it’s very time consuming. I don’t know anyone now and everyone’s sort of moved on.’
