Earlier this year she competed in Sports Relief where she joined a host of other celebs who tackled an epic 100-mile expedition across the Namib Desert on foot, bike and sand skis, where temperatures can reach over 35C (95F).
Last Thursday, she had thousands of fans, celebrities and sports personalities alike, join together to participate in the charity trial.
Made possible by indoor cycling app Zwift, the team started at 5pm and ended at different points along the way.
And although she conquered the 100-mile goal, Louise revealed it was “tough” nonetheless.
