Jennifer Hawkins has shared a heartwarming tribute to her husband Jake Wall as he celebrated his birthday on Sunday.
The 36-year-old model posted a rare family photo of the couple alongside their baby girl Frankie, six months, and professed her love for Jake, who she married in 2013.
‘Happy birthday to my hubby! What a year its been!Looking forward to a year of more travel, yummy food, and laughs! Hopefully less ISO for all. We love ya! xx,’ she wrote on Instagram.

The family’s dog Milly is walking alongside the pair and Jennifer can be heard saying ‘she’s loving it’.

Jennifer and Jake are currently in lockdown at their $20million waterfront mansion in Newport, Sydney.
On Wednesday, the doting mother relaxed with her husband and their six-month-old in their waterside garden.
The former Miss Universe shared an adorable picture to Instagram of herself lying on a picnic mat with baby Frankie.

Meanwhile, the couple listed the expansive four-storey home for sale in November as they are hoping to move to the Central Coast to be closer to relatives.
The luxury home boasts five spacious bedrooms, six bathrooms, an al fresco dining area with a pizza oven and barbeque and an L-shaped infinity pool.
The couple had made plans to move to the Central Coast, but it is still on the market five months on, as property prices are expected to plummet due to the coronavirus pandemic.
