Strictly Come Dancing star Stacey Dooley, 33, took to Instagram yesterday to reminisce about life before lockdown.
The documentary maker, who is currently dating professional dancer Kevin Clifton – who she met while starring on the BBC ballroom dancing show, gave her fans a rare glimpse into their life together.
On Saturday, the TV star posted a video on the social media platform from their last holiday together before the country was advised to stay home due to the coronavirus outbreak.
In the footage, which she shared with her 863,000 followers, Stacey showed her 37-year-old boyfriend Kevin sitting down to eat an alfresco breakfast in the sunshine.
The former Strictly star, who quit the show earlier this year, was casually-dressed in a t-shirt and zip-up jumper with a pair of sunglasses on his face.
Before him was a table adorned with a delicious-looking continental breakfast of meat, cheese, coistants, and fruit.
Stacey then panned the camera around to show their spectacular view overlooking the rooftops of pretty buildings with the sea in the distance.
She captioned the post: “Our last hols together before lockdown.”
The fashion and beauty-loving star went on to say: “I’m gonna be so extra grateful…when we allowed to travel again.”(Sic)
Instagram users and fans took to the comments section to share their thoughts with many asking where the couple had visited.
“Is that Alfama, Lisbon?” asked one fan.
Another added: “Pretty sure that’s Lisbon? That’s where my family are from – such an amazing city.”
A third remarked: “Wow it’ so beautiful,” while a fourth fan said: “I think we are all going to be so much more appreciative of everything.”
Italian Strictly pro Graziano Di Prima also appeared in the comments section, simply adding heart-eyed emojis to the post.
In March, shortly before lockdown the couple, who have been dating since 2019, did indeed enjoy a sunny break in Portugal.
They were photographed strolling arm-in-arm through the city of Lisbon shortly after Kevin announced his exit from Strictly after seven years on the show.
