PR maven Roxy Jacenko, just like the rest of us, is currently spending time with her family in self-isolation.

On Sunday, the mother-of-two revealed she was keeping her daughter Pixie, eight, distracted by making personalised scented soy candles at home.

‘Me right now. Candle making,’ Roxy, 40, wrote, sharing a behind the scenes photo of the process with her Instagram followers.

The post featured a number of empty glass cups, with a cotton wick held up by a paddle pop stick, various ingredients and candlemaking aparatus.

Roxy then told her followers that she will release a full guide on making candles on her YouTube account at a later date.

Earlier this week, the blonde business dynamo revealed she enlisted the help of a primary school teacher to homeschool her two kids: Pixie, eight, and Hunter, five.

Speaking to the Sydney Morning Herald, Roxy said: ‘Over the past four weeks, I have been working with a former school teacher for two hours a day to assist me with both kids.’

She candidly added the work of the primary schoolers has become a little more complex than she remembers.

‘The work of an eight-year-old is far more complex than I can ever remember.’

Roxy has been open about the trials and tribulations of homeschooling.

In recent weeks, she’s been forced to take her children to work with her at her flagship business, Sweaty Betty PR.

The savvy businesswoman shared a photograph of Pixie earlier this month, letting followers know she was having trouble with the amount of school work.

Working it out! 'This little monkey left the house in tears feeling like she couldn't keep up with all her work as part of homeschooling,' said Roxy of daughter Pixie
