Big Brother Australia FIRST LOOK: New house has vibrant interior, custom-built swimming pool and mysterious challenge rooms… as the first housemate is revealed
The upcoming Big Brother Australia reboot will premiere on TV in June.
And Channel Seven offered fans their first glimpse inside the new house on Sunday, which is purpose-built inside a warehouse at Manly’s North Head in Sydney.
It boasts a colourful interior, mysterious games and challenge rooms and a huge swimming pool in the garden, custom made just for the show.

The brief teaser on Sunday also revealed the housemate’s large dining table and spacious outdoor area, with gym equipment and potted plants.
Little is known about the reboot, except the ‘rules have changed’ and producers Endemol Shine Australia have completely revamped the Big Brother format.
The show was pre-recorded throughout February and March in Sydney, and will have no public vote until the finale, which is believed to be the only live episode.
It will be hosted by Sonia Kruger, who recently said the age of housemates ranges from 19 to 61, with most said to be over 30.
Spacious: The house features a very vibrant interior and large dining table
Sinister: The dimly-lit trailer featured a sinister looking lounge room with huge sofa
Mysterious: There appears to be plenty of rooms for games and challenges
Daily Mail Australia previously revealed that former AFL player-turned-influencer Daniel Gorringe, 27, is said to be on the new season.
An unsuccessful applicant said that she’d met him during the audition process, and he had ‘made it through to the final round’ to meet with top producers.
Daniel pretty much confirmed his appearance by then failing to post a single update to Instagram between February 5 and April 8, when the show was being filmed.
Exciting: The trailer teased what looks to be this year’s diary room chair
Interesting: The compound boasts a spacious outdoor area with potted plants
Luxury: The outdoor area also has a seating area, purpose-built pool and gym equipment
Days after production wrapped, Daniel returned to social media among confusion from his followers, who were baffled by his unexplained absence.
A COVID-19 scare among the crew forced production to stop for two days in March.
Production was then said to be ‘sped up’ to avoid another shut down, meaning housemates were likely evicted over consecutive days to progress things.
Channel Seven announced on Sunday that the show will start airing in June.
