Alan Halsall’s ex-wife Lucy-Jo Hudson posted a sweet picture of her new boyfriend Lewis Devine and their newborn son Carter online yesterday.
The former Coronation Street star, who played Katy Harris in the ITV show from 2002-2005, described her partner as her “strength” alongside the adorable Instagram post.
Lucy-Jo and Lewis welcomed their first-born child into the world in February, but the youngster was not seen online until he appeared on the cover of OK! magazine in mid-April.
Alongside a black and white picture of her partner with their two-month-old son, she shared a lengthy post.
It read: “You know when your kids are asleep and your mans snoring his head off next to you…. and even though Carter may have me up soon I find myself scrolling through my phone looking at pictures and videos of my kids!”(sic)
She went on to ask her 171,000 followers: “Am I mad? Does anyone else do this? I seriously need to get to sleep…..”
Lucy-Jo continued: “But just before I do, I have to post this gorgeous picture of my handsome man @lewisdevine and our Beautiful baby boy!”
“I feel so blessed right now, having my little ‘unit’ with me in a time like this,” she added.
The actress, who has also appeared in Hollyoaks and Wild At Heart, reflected: “There’s so many people out there who are alone, and afraid, and I’m sending you all my love and hope you can find the strength to get through this crazy time.”
Paying tribute to her beau, she said: “This man here…. is MY “strength”…… I love you Lew xxx.”
