Tonight’s line-up consisted of comedian Joel Dommett, TOWIE star Lydia Bright and actress Sarah Hadland as they took on the famous Tipping Point machine. Ben Shephard was on hand once more to provide the questions to the celebrities on the ITV show but proceedings were slightly derailed in the final stages when one of the famous faces went against the rules of the show.

It was left to Lydia to take on the machine in the final with the prospect of £20,000 for her chosen charity on the horizon.

Unfortunately for Joel, he was eliminated first with £700 while Sarah followed soon after.

Lydia clearly impressed the ITV host who told her: “What a performance, Lydia. Just sensational.”

In the final round, the TOWIE star had her choice of TV, professions, science, film, science, children’s literature and history.

However, before he was able to read out the possible answers, Lydia interrupted and shouted her guess.

“Candles,” Lydia said with aplomb, forcing Ben to remind her of the rules of the game.

“Steady on,” the Tipping Point and Good Morning Britain star warned.

He added: “Look, I’ve got one job, don’t take that away from me!”
