Julianne Moore wears purple patterned mask as she picks up food while isolating in the Hamptons

Julianne Moore stepped out in the Hamptons neighborhood of Long Island, New York to pick up some food on Friday. 

The 59-year-old Hannibal actress covered her face with a patterned face mask to protect herself as the novel coronavirus continues to rage across the country. 

She has been riding out the pandemic in the Hamptons with her husband Bart Freundlich and their kids Liv, 18, and Caleb, 22.

She bundled up for some cold weather in a black puffer jacket and black beanie. 

Julianne donned a beige sweater underneath her unzipped jacket as she walked with her hands tucked into her pockets. 

Matching with her jacket and headwear, she teamed the look with mid-calf black leggings and clog boots.

Her auburn tresses were styled back into her jacket while nestled under her beanie. 

She went solo to get the food and was without her family.  

The actress has been spending time together with their kids at their New York home over the past few weeks. 

Julianne even threw her daughter a social-isolating 18th birthday complete with a large foil balloon. 

‘Happy 18th birthday to the daughter that I dreamed of,’ she captioned on social media.

The family-of-four have always been very close. 

Julianne previously told Harper’s Bazaar that they had a ‘solid family life.’ 

‘We have a very solid family life, and it is the most satisfying thing I have ever done.’ 

The film making duo met on the set of The Myth of Fingerprints in 1996, where Bart was her director. 

They wed in 2003 after both their kids were born.
