She has been isolating in Malibu with her partner Simon Cowell and their family.
And Lauren Silverman made the most of her daily exercise as she headed out into the sunshine with her little boy Eric in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The mother-of-two, 42, enjoyed a bike ride around the neighbourhood with her son Eric, six, who she shares with her music mogul beau.

Lauren kept things relaxed in a loose-fitting t-shirt, denim shorts with lace up detail, and a sunhat and sunglasses.
Meanwhile Eric looked to be enjoying his outing as the youngster wore a fun tie-dye t-shirt and a bright green helmet.
The bike ride was the pair’s second in two days as they appear to be enjoying the glorious weather.

Although the family divide their time between London and Los Angeles, they were Stateside when the COVID-19 pandemic took hold, due to Simon filming America’s Got Talent: The Champions.
Whilst he recorded the talent show, Simon was forced to test for coronavirus when fellow judge Heidi Klum experienced symptoms on set.
In a new interview, the TV personality updated fans on the model’s current wellbeing, after she confirmed she had tested negative for the virus.

Simon – who held back his results – also reassured fans that the competition show is still on track to return at the end of July, if the pandemic subsides.
‘She’s doing great’, he said of catwalk queen Heidi’s recovery. ‘We [Heidi, Simon, Alesha Dixon, Howie Mandel, Terry Crews and other crew members] all got tested, we had to.’
Like other coronaviruses, including those that cause the common cold and that triggered SARS, COVID-19 is a respiratory illness.
The most common symptoms include a fever, a dry cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing and fatigue.
