Joe Wicks has been joined by his daughter Indie, 20-months, for his latest P.E. With Joe workout and it’s safe to say we have another fitness dynamo on our hands.
The tot was dressed as a ballerina for Joe’s Fancy Dress Fridays, with Joe, 33, donning a Superman costume, for today’s sweat sesh.
While it’s not the first time Indie – Joe’s daughter with wife Rosie Jones – has crashed The Body Coach’s video before, instead of poking her head in, the youngster decided to be Joe’s co-coach today.
Indie watched on as her dad expertly aced sweaty squats, showing off how she can also do the tricky manoeuvre.
Frankly, she’s fitter than us, let’s be honest, but what did you expect for the spawn of a fitness mogul.
As dad did a plank, Indie started doing a roly poly and please tell us where we can bottle her energy for ourselves?

Her excited squeals delighted fans for around six minutes until the tot felt the grasp of hunger (we hear you) and trotted off screen to get some berries.
Not before she said ‘bye-bye’ and ‘love you’ to the 300,000 people streaming Joe’s video live on YouTube.
