Sienna Miller admits she is ‘overwhelmed’ with the difficulties that come with home-schooling children as the world adapts to a new way of living in the midst of a global pandemic.

The actress remains in self-quarantine with seven-year old daughter Marlowe while adhering to strict policies regarding social distancing and outdoor activity in the fight against the novel coronavirus COVID-19.

Speaking to a special June-July issue of Vogue, Sienna, 38, admitted the unique situation they now find themselves has not been without its challenges, and has given her a greater respect for teachers.

Struggle: Sienna Miller poses with daughter Marlowe for the latest edition of Vogue. She tells the magazine she is ‘overwhelmed’ with the difficulties that come with home-schooling during the current health crisis

‘Having to homeschool is a challenge, and it makes you greatly appreciate the people who teach for a living,’ she explained. ‘They are making this system work in such an unpredictable and scary time.

‘This experience is overwhelming, but I’m trying to bring in as much optimism as possible, and make the most of the time I get to spend with my daughter. There’s been lots of baking, lots of makeup, lots of swings.’

Posing for the latest edition, Sienna offers a rare glimpse at Marlowe, her only child with former partner Tom Sturridge, as they self-isolate in Westchester County, New York.

Vogue’s new edition calls upon celebrities from TV, theatre, fashion and film to deliver their own Postcards From Home as they reflect on their own individual experiences during the devastating health crisis that has gripped the world.

The edition is especially unique because it is the first to be developed remotely, in accordance with current lockdown laws.

Offering her own contribution, Kim Kardashian gave fans a look at what life is like inside her Hidden Hills, California mansion with Kanye West and their four children.

‘We’re in the theater room,’ she told the publication. ‘That’s the place that has gotten the most use lately.’

‘The whole family has spent the last few nights in there after the kids made it into a fort, with, like, different beds all over the floor.  My daughter is the fort police. If you move out of your bed that she designated for you, it’s a problem.’
