Christine displayed her washboard abs in the tight crop top as the video showed her running and lunging up the stairs.

Her tight sportswear also highlighted her peachy posterior as she changed into kicks and squats during the workout, and also shared another glimpse of her exercises on her Instagram Stories.

Christine captioned her post: ‘Good morning rise and shine, bump and grind, build your behind. Run, jump, squat, lunge…’

The mother-of-two has been documenting her life in lockdown on social media, but recently admitted she’s been struggling to find food her three children will eat.

On Saturday Christine took to Instagram to reveal that her two of her children Penelope and Leo, six, and Felicity, four, who all have autism, are ‘barely eating’ as she’s been unable to purchase any ‘safe’ food from McDonalds.

The Real Housewives of Cheshire star admitted she never thought she’d be hoping for fast food for her kids as she wrote: ‘The one meal all three of my children would eat #McDonalds we miss you!

‘I never thought I would wish for fast food for my children but as I expected the changes have affected them and two of my children are barely eating, it’s been like this for over 3 weeks now.’

She explained how autistic children struggle with change, saying: ‘This is not “fussy eaters” this is down to struggling with change, massive change in their little lives.

‘I know we are not alone, I’ve had so many messages about McDs! #AutismAwareness.’

‘If you know, you know.. McDs is a ‘safe’ food, it always looks the same, it tastes the same, the texture and smell is always the same.. and it’s beige and dry!

‘sending love if you are in the same situation right now! #Autism #RestrictedDiet #McDonalds #BeigeFood #SensoryFood #DryFood.’

When quizzed about if her children’s sleeping patterns have been affected by one follower, Christine responded: ‘Yes!!! We’re barely getting sleep, all three of them are up and down all night.’

Three years ago, Christine and Paddy’s twins Penelope and Leo, 6, were diagnosed with autism and the couple revealed in February that their daughter Felicity, 4, also also been given the same diagnosis.
