Love Island’s Gabby Allen posts a defiant bikini snap as she hits out at trolls for making her want to ‘give up’ sharing free lockdown workouts

She has been sharing helpful fitness videos during her time in lockdown.

But Love Island’s Gabby Allen took to Instagram on Wednesday to hit out at trolls who have been targeting her efforts, before posting a series of defiant bikini snap on her page.

The reality star, 28, laid back on the floor in a pair of floral blue sports leggings and matching crop top as she issued a heartfelt plea to camera.

Shake it off: Love Island’s Gabby Allen took to Instagram on Wednesday to hit out at trolls who have been targeting her online efforts, before posting a defiant bikini snap (pictured)

She wore her blonde hair in a messy ponytail and wore a full face of make-up, while accessorising with gold hoop earrings.

Gabby told her followers: ‘I don’t normally like coming on my story with any sort of negative attitude.

‘I like to just deal with it myself but I just have to say days like this where I can’t just let it go over my head and swallow it and not be bothered by the trolls like…

‘Days like this make me not want to do it anymore. I feel like do you know what I’ll just let everyone else get on with it and I give up.

‘And then I feel awful because obviously I get so many amazing messages but sometimes I find it so difficult to just ignore it.’

Just a few hours earlier, she had posted a message to her Instagram story that read: ‘Makes me so sad that I’m working my b***s off every day for free, may I add, to try and do the best I possibly can in these workouts and idiotic people go out of their way to ruin it for others.

‘I find I’m either very strong minded and it goes over my head or I finish the class crying, no in between.

Gabby did not let the incident ruin her day as she slipped into a fluorescent pink bikini in a series of defiant photos.

This is not the first time trolls have targeted Gabby’s fitness videos.

Last week she took to social media once again and wrote: ‘Dear trolls, if you can’t be kind, be quiet.

‘I had a bit of a winge on my live this morning which I’m highly embarrassed by but for some reason a silly little troll got the better of me but when I’m working so hard to try and keep as many people as active as I can…

‘Creating new content every day to make every workout as fun, interesting and challenging whilst trying to accommodate as many abilities as possible.’

She added: ‘It’s not easy but it is my passion and I love it and I won’t apologise for saying I am good at what I do because I’ve studied and worked at it for years.

‘It is my profession, it is my job and therefore I feel it is my responsibility, during this uncertain time, to work has hard as I can and help as much as I can to bring some structure, positivity, a brief escape, lots of sweat and most of all some fun and light to a kind of darkness we are living in atm.’

‘So trolls do me a favour, either join in, and work out the rest of your body and not just your overactive, miserable fingers or unfollow me and p*ss off!’ (sic)
