The Australian singer performed live from her Sydney home on Lady Gaga’s Global Citizen One World: Together at Home COVID-19 relief concert at 6:30am (AEST).
Despite most people Down Under still being asleep, her rendition of Together We Are One left viewers around the world speechless as it was streamed globally.

‘Today I learned who Delta Goodrem is and that she has a range like Celine Dion,’ tweeted one impressed viewer in America.
‘I will never understand why the world is sleeping on Delta Goodrem. She’s like a Victoria’s Secret model with the voice of Celine Dion, the songwriting skills of Taylor Swift and the heart of princes Diana,’ wrote somebody in Greece.
‘Wow, today is the day I become a Delta Goodrem stan. I can’t believe I’ve gone my whole life without knowing who Delta is, she should be topping the charts with a voice like that,’ added a viewer in the United Kingdom.

Following her performance, Delta shared some poignant words.
She said: ‘All around the world I want to send our love from Australia. To all our friends out there, be safe. Lets do all the prevention and everything we’ve been told.
‘Lets all do this together, we’re a team. Together we are one.’
Delta performed her 2006 hit, Together We Are One, from her Sydney home alongside guitarist boyfriend, Matthew Copley.

She was streamed live as part of Lady Gaga’s Global Citizen One World: Together at Home concert, raising funds for COVID-19 prevention.
Delta and Keith Urban are the only Australian stars on the A-list line-up.
The mammoth concert, including some of the world’s biggest stars, consists of a six hour stream across social media, followed by a two hour TV special.
Channel 10, Channel 7, Foxtel’s National Geographic and MTV Australia will air the special at 10am on Sunday, with stars such as Taylor Swift, Elton John and Celine Dion performing live from their homes.
