Seth Rogen admits he’s been smoking ‘truly ungodly’ amounts of weed while quarantining: ‘This has not been that bad for me’

Seth Rogen seems to be handling self-quarantine just fine.

The 38-year-old Superbad creator revealed he’s been smoking ‘truly ungodly’ amounts of marijuana while self-quarantining during a video interview Thursday for Jimmy Kimmel Live!’s home edition.

He also chatted about ways he’s been keeping busy, including his new-found obsession with pottery.

What’s new? Seth Rogen, 38, said he’s been smoking a ‘truly ungodly’ amount of marijuana while quarantining during an interview for Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Thursday

Seth looked as if he’d just woken up before his interview with a thick mass of curly hair and a scraggly beard.

Although social distancing has been difficult for many people across the globe, Seth talked about ‘being made’ for the current situation.

‘We are not all in this together because this has not been that bad for me,’ he joked. ‘I have kind of been self-isolating since 2009.’

The pot certainly seemed to help him get through the trying times.

‘Thank God it has been declared an essential service,’ he said. ‘For me, it is essential.’

After Jimmy asked about his pottery passion, Seth divulged that he and his wife Lauren Miller had to expand their setup so that friends could join in.

‘So many of our friends wanted to do pottery, we got a literal third wheel, me and my wife.’

The creative couple seemed to be fully stocked on pottery supplies for their time at home.

‘We have wheels, we have a kiln and a place that will deliver clay during this time of quarantine,’ he said.

The Knocked Up star even had a soap dispenser that he’d recently made on hand to show Jimmy.

He and his fellow pottery fan wife Lauren began dating in 2004 and married in 2011.

Seth opened the segment with a bizarre aside after Jimmy said he was going ‘stir-crazy.’

‘You know, uh, macaroni and cheese, lots of ramen, things like that,’ he said out of nowhere.

After Jimmy gave him a puzzled look he just continued.

‘I do have enough toilet paper. Worst comes to worst, I have a box of McLovin T-shirts out in my garage from 2007, so I can use those,’ he added.

After the image seemed to freeze, Seth revealed he’d just been playing a pre-recorded video.

‘I’ve been doing a lot of Zoom calls lately and I realized I don’t have to be there for a lot of them. I’ve been very productive,’ he joked, adding, ‘I gave a bar mitzvah speech and I sold a pitch to Paramount.’

Low energy: Seth opened the segment with bizarre non sequiturs. He revealed it was just a pre-taped message, which he'd been doing a lot. 'I gave a bar mitzvah speech and I sold a pitch to Paramount'
