Jack Osbourne and girlfriend Aree Gearhart carried on with the world’s ‘new normal’ on Wednesday, as they were seen stepping out in Los Angeles wearing protective masks, amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

Jack’s girlfriend Aree was previously seen out with his sister Kelly Osbourne last week in the Studio City area, proving that she seems to be a hit with the Osbournes.

The couple began dating late last year, and have been spotted on family trips out with Jack’s children, Pearl, seven, Andy, four and Minnie, one, from his marriage to ex-wife Lisa Stelly, 33.

Jack, 34, and Lisa, announced the end of their marriage in May 2018 with a joint statement after six years of matrimony, just three months after the birth of their third child.

In a joint social media statement they said: ‘So, first and foremost, we absolutely still love each other.

‘Our family is the most important thing in our lives, and we tried everything we could for many years to make this work.

‘What’s best for our family right now is that we separate lovingly, and remain bits such est friends who are committed to raising our children together.’

The son of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, and brother of Kelly Osbourne, said he and Stelly have been ‘doing really well’ co-parenting their three young girls.

‘It’s great,’ said Jack. ‘It’s all you can really ask for at this stage,’ he told People recently.

In 2016, Jack revealed that he had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, which he discovered after losing 60 per cent of vision in his right eye.

Multiple sclerosis affects the brain and the nervous system and destroys layers between the nerves in the brain and spinal cord which stops impulses being carried around the body.

It can result in blindness, slurred speech, muscle weakness and a loss of coordination.
