Catherine, 36, kicked off the challenge with her personal trainer husband Tom Pitfield earlier in the day.

The couple wore pyjamas and downed beer as they took on the one minute horse stance challenge to raise money for charity.

Catherine was wearing navy and white star printed PJs as she stepped into her garden with her love, while they held a low squat in place for one minute.

‘Could you pass us a beer?’ Tom, 33, asked Catherine before she passed him a bottle and also picked up another champagne glass full of lager for herself.

Tom went shirtless for the challenge as they posed in front of a wall which had a rainbow emblem drawn on in chalk in support of the NHS.

Catherine joked: ‘I don’t know if this was a good idea the day after leg day’ as she stifled a giggle.
