The beauty paired this with a nautical-print white and blue striped top and a leather jacket for an edgy twist.

Her blonde tresses were styled in soft waves while her pretty features were enhanced with a radiant palette of make-up.

Amanda added a final trendy touch with oversized shades.

The outing comes after Amanda admitted she’s been thriving in lockdown – with the exception of her hair.

The TV presenter joked she was ‘asking for a friend’ how to cover up pesky grey roots when celebrity hairdresser Michael Douglas dialled into Heart Breakfast on Tuesday to offer home haircare tips during quarantine.

The BGT star also admitted she was a better mother to Lexi, 14, and Hollie, eight, as well as a better wife to husband Chris Hughes now that she’s at home so much.

Amanda queried: ‘I’m asking this question for a friend [laughs], if they have a kind of small patch of grey at the front which is just a little bit annoying…’

Michael asked, ‘Just a small patch?’, to which Amanda replied, ‘Just a tiny barely there patch…’

‘I think I know this friend’, Michael laughed.

He suggested: ‘You don’t need to dye. There are really good root sprays, these root concealer sprays.

‘L’Oreal do one, Phil Smith’s got a really good one in Sainsburys, they are about six or seven pounds, they’re a tiny little aerosol can, you get them in different colours and you can just put a little spray onto the grey area.

‘It’s temporary but it will wash out, they work surprisingly well.’

Winding up his co-host, Jamie Theakston said: ‘Or just get a hat Amanda…for your friend’.

Elsewhere during Tuesday’s show, Amanda discussed her family feeling like she’d become an all around ‘better person’ during the global coronavirus pandemic.

She said: ‘I’m a better mother in lockdown, I’m a better wife according to my husband… I’m just a better person.’

‘But aren’t you finding it massively frustrating not being able to go out and see your friends?’, Jamie queried.

Proving she was au fait with technology, Amanda replied: ‘No because I’m seeing them every week on the Zoom, on the Zoom don’t you know!’

‘It’s just so wonderful to crawl up the stairs instead of having to call a cab on a Friday, it’s brilliant [laughs].’
