Nadia Essex pops out for essentials with baby Ezekiel strapped to her chest as she admits to feeling ‘teary’ in lockdown

She’s been keeping her followers abreast of her pregnancy and motherhood journey. 

And TV star Nadia Essex, 38, was pictured heading out with her five-week-old baby boys as she picked up some essentials. 

The supermum, who is raising her baby alone, looked lovely as she teamed blue floral baggy trousers with a brown teddy bear coat and oversized sunglasses.

She has had to adjust to being a new mum during lockdown, Nadia took to Instragram Stories on Tuesday to discuss how she is getting on. 

Whilst acknowledging that she feels blessed to have her baby boy, she did admit to feeling ‘teary’ which is more than understandable. 

Nadia uses her platform to ask other parents for advice and before her walk, she asked if her beloved son would sleep if he napped too much.

She said: 'An hour and a half of winding and he was still crying. I'm getting bored of lockdown today. Feeling teary today. Cried twice already'

She said: ‘He has been napping for two hours, which is a really long time, I feel like. He is five weeks old. I am scared he won’t sleep tonight.    

‘Should I wake him up or leave him to sleep a bit longer.’

She also gave her followers a sleep update, saying: ‘Fed every two hours which is OK. He normally feeds every three hours but all is OK. 

‘A little dishevelled on one side. Gotta go and wind him now.’

She then said: ‘An hour and a half of winding and he was still crying. I’m getting bored of lockdown today. Feeling teary today. Cried twice already.

‘Not sad, just emosh. Miss my friends and my nieces and nephews. But feeling blessed.’ 

Nadia, who had been given a 1% chance of conceiving, announced the birth of her baby on Instagram last month, sharing a picture of herself kissing his little hand. 

She had written: ‘He is here and he is perfect.’

The little boy weighed in at 7lbs 2oz when he was born. She has decided to keep the father’s identity a secret – and revealed they are not together now.
