A clever mum has shared her simple recipe for rocky road in a slow cooker – and it’s the perfect treat to make with your leftover Easter eggs.
The woman used six simple ingredients to make the delicious dessert including mini marshmallows, chocolate, condensed milk, honeycomb, vanilla dust and mini galaxy eggs.
She shared her recipe to the Crockpot/Slow Cooker Recipes & Tips Facebook page and said the treat ‘tasted like rocky road with Crunchie’.

First, the woman placed the ingredients in her slow cooker and cooked them on high for half an hour.
She then decorated it with mini galaxy eggs and munchies, sprinkled on vanilla dust and placed the rocky road in the fridge for three hours.

How to make rocky road in a slow cooker
Ingredients:

500g of chocolate
1 tin of condensed milk
Half a bag of mini marshmallows
1 bag of honeycomb pieces
Mini galaxy eggs and munchies
Vanilla dust
Method:
1. Mix chocolate, condensed milk, mini marshmallows and honeycomb pieces and place in a slow cooker for half an hour
2. Decorate with mini galaxy eggs and munchies and sprinkle on vanilla dust
3. Place in the fridge for three hours before serving
After the home cook shared the easy to follow recipe on the Slow Cooker Recipe and Tips Facebook page, other bakers around Australia tried the idea for themselves.
The three ingredients include Nutella, self raising flour and eggs and can all be bought for an affordable price at Woolworths.
Unlike other recipes, the dessert was baked in a slow cooker to create the perfect tasty Nutella creation.
