Married At First Sight: Stacey Hampton gets lip filler dissolved after eight years

Married At First Sight EXCLUSIVE: Stacey Hampton looks completely different as she finally bids goodbye to her famous plump pout and gets her OTT lip fillers dissolved after eight years

Married At First Sight’s Stacey Hampton has bid goodbye to very plump pout.

The 26-year-old recently had her lip filler dissolved by Adelaide-based cosmetic nurse Hannah Rivers, following eight years of regular treatments.

Stacey previously told Daily Mail Australia she feared her face was starting to ‘look ridiculous’ as her lips fluctuated in size daily, prompting her decision.

The mum-of-two shared a video of her lip filler being removed on Tuesday.

In the clip, which was filmed in March by Elamazur Creative, Stacey hardly flinched as Ms Rivers injected her mouth with the dissolving agent.

‘I’ve been getting filler since I was about 18. I’ve reached a point where I haven’t had any in a year and a half and I’ve been wanting my lips to dissolve naturally on their own – which they haven’t,’ Stacey explained in the video.

‘Some days they look massive, depending on my water intake or the weather, there are so many contributing factors. So I’m getting them dissolved today.’

Stacey and Ms Rivers aimed to mostly dissolve the filler which had migrated above the boarder of her top lip, making her face ‘look puffy’.

‘Over time it [the filler] can move, it’s really normal and it happens,’ Ms Rivers explained.

Stacey responded: ‘I just don’t want them as big, bulky or full on.’

Stacey was then seen revisiting the cosmetic nurse two weeks later in the video, and said she loved her smaller and much more subtle pout as they attempted to even both lips out.

During her time on Married At First Sight, viewers often noticed that Stacey’s lips would change in size each episode, causing much confusion.

Stacey told Daily Mail Australia in March: ‘My lips fluctuate in size depending on water intake and how I’ve lined and glossed them. It depends on the time of day, too.

‘Which is why I’ve now decided to remove the filler altogether to avoid the change in size looking ridiculous.’
