Former Victoria’s Secret model Shanina Shaik has revealed she’s trying to remain positive and keep herself busy while in self-quarantine amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

‘The situation for me, like for many others, has created so much anxiety when you start to think about how it’s impacted people’s health and work,’ she told Daily Mail Australia on Sunday.

The 29-year-old Australian beauty continued: ‘The outbreak has affected my work just like everyone else, but I remain positive and try to keep myself busy.’

‘I do my best to care and help others and am looking forward to new work and projects in the coming months’.

The brunette beauty revealed that she’s been in self-quarantine in Spain with her new beau Seyed Payam Mirtorabi since February and is missing her native Australia.

Having entered a lockdown early, it meant that Shanina was able to escape panic-buying, having purchased all of her essential groceries in February.

Shanina, who is known for her incredible figure and fitness routine, admitted she’s had to adapt to new techniques to keep motivated.

‘It can be hard at times to stay motivated. With the help of my favourite trainers and their online IG live classes and apps, it gets me going for the beginning of my day.’

The brunette bombshell also admitted she’s been keeping away from the television box while in lockdown but would treat herself to a movie night on Fridays.

Shanina recently showed off her dance moves while performing in a long sleeve crop top and leggings in a video shared to TikTok. 

‘Who else is a Beyonce fan? I had to!’ she captioned the post. The sultry video was met with praise from Shanina’s followers. 

As Shanina bunkers down in Spain, the number of coronavirus cases in her native Australia continues to rise.

As of Sunday afternoon, Australia has more than 6, 311 confirmed cases and 59 deaths.
